  19. 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  20. 2 ml Hot Sauce (I use Tabasco)
  21. 2 cup Cooked White Rice

  1. Marinate the Pork in the Soya Sauce, Dry Sherry and Corn Flour for 1 hour or overnight if you have the time.
    2. Heat a wok and add the Olive Oil.
