- After 15 minutes open the lid and mix it with the help of a whisk.
- Now heat up a pan with oil add chopped onion green chilli and garlic, fry it for a minute till colour changed.
- Now pour the tadka into the prepared dal and mix it and our dal fry is ready. Serve hot.
