- Continue stir-fry the rice to mix well with egg.
- If the rice stick together, press the rice while frying
- For seasoning, put in tomato sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder and chilli flakes. Mix well with the fried rice.
- Last step, chop some applemint leaves and put on top of the fried rice
