The green section of the Japanese leek will give a lovely color to the fried rice, so I recommend using it. You can use Chinese chicken soup stock or Weipa, but Weipa has a lot of oil, so if using it, skip the sesame oil that's added to the rice. You can also use garlic powder instead of roasted garlic! Instructions to make Crumbly Fried Rice in a Rice Cooker
- To mince the Japanese leek, make thin slanted cuts halfway deep into the leek. Do the same on the reverse side.

- Cut the opposite direction from the edge of the leek to mince. With this method, the cut ends won't flatten out and it will mince really easily.

- Also mince the ham. It will taste even better if you add bacon or roasted pork, but this will also increase the calories. Also mince the reconstituted shiitake mushrooms.

- Julienne the carrot and then cut in the opposite direction to chop into fine pieces. Also finely chop any other ingredients.

- Wash the rice and place it in the rice cooker. Fill with a little less water than usual. Add the ● ingredients, the ham, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms and turn on the rice cooker.

- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the leek. Remove from the pan and set aside.

- In the same pan, without adding any more oil, make the scrambled egg. You don't need to break it into small pieces! Transfer to the same dish as the leek.

- Once the rice has finished cooking, add the leek and the egg and lightly fluff it all together. It's done.

- This flavored rice resembles a crumbly fried rice. Since the green of the leek makes it colorful, use a lot of the green section of the leek.
