  5. When the shimeji liquid start to thicken, add black pepper powder, white pepper powder, sugar and light soya sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes for flavor fully absorbed.
  6. Add carrot. Stir fry until it soften slightly. Leave aside.
  7. Heat up 5 tablespoons or more cooking oil under medium heat. Slowly fry tofu till both sides turned golden. Leave aside.
  8. Prepare starch water. Half tablespoon starch dissolve in quarter bowl of water. Leave aside.
  9. Stir fry tofu, shimeji and carrot for 1 minute.
  10. Add starch water. Simmer till thicken. Ready to serve.
