- Katsuobushi (bonito)

- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tbs Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Hondashi (dashi powder)

- Preparation:
●Wash and slice the Bitter Melon. Don't forget to remove the middle seed. The thinner you cut, the less bitter it tastes!
