  2. 100 gr yellow noodles, soaked in warm water for 5-10 minutes, drained
  3. 1 bunch mustard greens, cut 3 cm
  4. 150 gr boneless chicken breast, boiled, shredded, set aside
  5. 3 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  6. to taste salt and mushrooms bouillon
  7. 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  8. Ground spices:
  9. 3 cloves garlic
  10. 2 pcs candle nuts 4 chilli peppers
  11. 2 bird eye chilli peppers (optional)
  12. 1/4 tsp white peppercorn

  14. 2 sunny side up eggs

  1. Heat vegetable oil in the wok over medium-heat. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
    Add shredded chicken. Mix well.
