- 2 tablespoons Thai chili sauce
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 2 tsp crushed red peppers
- 1/2 tsp salt

Add the mung sprouts cook for 30 seconds. Toss mung sprouts into noodles etc.
- Add more Thai chili sauce if needed and salt. (optional).
