- 3 tbsp Soy sauce and dashi based ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tsp each Grated garlic and ginger
- 100 grams Kudzu noodles
- 1 Chinese cabbage, bok choy, Japanese leek, daikon radish, carrots, bean sprouts etc.
- 1 Shiitake, shimeji and/or enoki mushrooms
- 1 block Tofu or atsuage

- Chop the onion finely, combine with the fried meatball ingredients and mix and knead well.
