  1. 1 cup sushi rice
  2. sesame oil
  3. 4-5 cloves Garlic
  4. 1 tbsp miso paste
  5. 6-7 sheets sea weed

  7. 1 tsp Soy sauce
  8. 0.5 tsp rice vinegar
  9. 1 tsp worcester sauce
  10. dash sesame oil, sesame seeds
  11. 0.5 tsp sugar
  12. spring onions
  13. Veggies (as per liking and availability)
  14. 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  15. Zucchini
  16. Carrots
  17. Avocados
  18. Cucumbers

Instructions to make Onigiri

  1. Cook sushi rice 1 rice:2 water
  2. Take sesame oil in pan. If using mushrooms, saute mushrooms in pan. Take them out once done. Continue with next step in same pan.
  3. Add some garlic and 2-3 tbsp miso paste. Saute it well.
  4. You can now add other veggies (fried mushroom, zucchini, carrots, etc) to this saute or individually place veggies in each of the rice ball. Other veggies that you can add are avocados, cucumbers, etc.
  5. Wrap the ball of rice in sea weed, and place it on a pan with little oil. Serve.
  6. To make sauce: Soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcester sauce, sesame oil, sugar, spring onions, sesame seeds.
    The proportions mentioned may not be accurate. Play around adding more or less of the sauces till it tastes good :D
