Instructions to make Fried rice

  1. Place a pot on the stove heat up some vegetable oil for about a minute, pour in your washed raw rice into the oil and stir fry it until it looks crispy pour in the chicken stock add the tumeric stir and cover it.
  2. After about 10 min add your washed green peas into it check for salt and seasoning as its all contained in the stock correct if necessary. Cover to simmer for another 15min check the rice to see if its cooked enough if not add more water if its dried up Add your carrots. leave for the water to dry up.
  3. When the water is all dried up add your bell peppers,onions and runner bean cover up so they get to steam up leave for 5-10mins serve hot enjoy.
