  7. After taking them out, add 1tbsp of oil again to the same pan, then add your protein. Make sure you lower the heat before so the outsides wouldn’t burn as you put them in. Flip halfway and make sure they’re cooked all the way through.
  8. Add the aromatics back into the pan, and add the sweet soy sauce and lime/lemon juice just before they’re taken out of the pan.
  9. VoilĂ ! Serve hot with some rice and veggies on the side.
